All services purchased from aether_space must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a health and safety form, that s/he has no physical limitations preventing her/him from participation.
Any participant under the age of 18 years must have written consent or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All participants release aether_space, its owners, practitioners, directors, and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child being accompanied to a class; 2) any loss or damage to personal property. aether_space and its practitioners cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury experienced while following our online classes or events.
MEMBERSHIP USEAGE
All holders of a monthly membership are permitted to attend up to one group fitness class per day for the duration of their active membership.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Group Classes:
Cancellation of bookings or missed sessions (“no-shows”): a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for all group class bookings. Any cancellation made after this time and any no-show will forfeit the class credit if using class packs or be charged a £5 late-cancel fee if the participant is a monthly unlimited member.
Any early cancellation made (i.e. more than 12 hours’ notice) will receive the class credit back onto your user account.
Late cancellation is permitted where that participant is not able to attend for medical reasons.
Cancellation of a class by aether_space: in the event that a class is cancelled by aether_space, any credit used will be returned to the participant’s account or a full refund for that single session will be issued.
Workshops:
Cancellation of workshop bookings: a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for a full refund.
Late cancellation: if you cancel within 7 days of workshop no refund will be available; however, you may pass on your booking to another client (written notification of such an amendment is required at least 24 hours before the event).
Late cancellation is permitted where that participant is not able to attend for medical reasons. In certain circumstances, a doctor’s note confirming that the student is not permitted to participate may be required before a full refund may be issued.
Cancellation of a workshop by aether_space: in the event that a workshop is cancelled by aether_space, a full refund will be issued or the option to transfer the booking to another event or class credit of equal value.
Membership Contracts:
Minimum one-month commitment, except where otherwise indicated such as any sale or reduced-rate offer. Terms and conditions of such offers shall be indicated at the time of purchase and shall supersede this defined minimum term.
A minimum of 20 days’ notice of cancellation is required before your next payment via email to info@aetherspacelondon.co.uk.
Early cancellation of a contract with a specified minimum term of more than one month (e.g. 3-month minimum term membership offer in a sale) is subject to a £50 cancellation fee.
Memberships can be paused twice per year for a combined total of 6 weeks. All memberships may be further paused at no charge for the full duration of any Government-mandated lockdowns or transferred for use online.
All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
CLASS CREDIT VALIDITY
All ten-class packs are valid for two months from the date of activation. A class pack may be extended for one additional month only for a fee of £10.
In the event of Government-mandated closure or restrictions, class packs may be frozen or extended at no additional cost for the duration of closure or alternatively transferred for use in our online classes.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
When you join us for a class, whether in person or online, you are joining a community and we kindly ask that you respect it as such. We ask that you treat your practitioners, teachers, therapists, front of house staff, fellow participants, and all other users of the space – either in person or online - with respect and kindness.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for any booked class. This is for your own safety as well as the benefit of all those using the space with you. Please arrive 5 minutes early for any booked class. Any participant arriving no more than 5 minutes late for a session may in some circumstances still be admitted with the approval of the teacher and providing any warm-up has not been missed; any participant arriving more than 5 minutes late for a session shall not be admitted to the session and shall forfeit any credit used.
Please respect the safety of everyone in the space
We ask that you follow any guidance set out by your teacher with regards to your safety and that of others using our gym equipment. Please also adhere to any requests set out relating to the cleaning of equipment used before putting anything back where you found it. Please also be sure to familiarise yourself with our Covid-safety rules before entering the space, including the wearing of face masks around the space when not in class.
You are responsible for your own belongings
Any belongings stored at aether_space are at your own risk. Any items left behind will be kept in lost property for up to one month, after which time they may be given to charity if unclaimed.
Anyone deemed to be in breach of these rules of social conduct may be prevented from attending future classes and may have any membership terminated.
